Due to our deliberate 200-unit batch model, all items are inspected and packed by hand in Los Angeles.

Orders typically dispatch within 2 to 4 business days following a drop release. You will receive an automated tracking notification as soon as your shipment is scanned by the carrier.

We ship in 100% recyclable, plastic-free heavy kraft mailers designed to protect dense textiles in transit.

Pricing Currency: All prices on Duskwork are charged in USD ($).

Flat Delivery Rate: Shipping is $8 per parcel worldwide, covering standard door-to-door tracked carrier transit.

Transit Windows: Domestic US shipments arrive within 3 to 6 business days. International deliveries arrive in 7 to 14 business days depending on destination customs clearance.

Import duties and local taxes, where applicable, follow destination country regulations.

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed garments in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, reach out through our custom inquiry form with your order reference. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless an item arrives with a defect.

Refunds are credited to the original payment method once the returned piece passes inspection at the studio.

Because each release is capped at 200 units, sizes frequently sell out quickly.

Direct size exchanges are contingent on available batch stock. If your requested size is sold out from that drop, a standard return and refund will be processed instead.
