Batch Announcement
Drop dates, garment specifications, and measurement tables are announced in advance to our direct inquiry list and shop.
Direct Ordering
Allocations are secured on a first-come basis through our shop or studio inquiry channel. Orders are capped per customer to prevent bulk resale.
Hand Inspection & Pack
Every individual garment is checked by hand in the Los Angeles studio, folded, and packaged in 100% recyclable, plastic-free heavy kraft mailers.
Tracked Dispatch
Orders dispatch within 2 to 4 business days with worldwide door-to-door carrier tracking sent directly to your email.
